MERGE CAMPUS / PRIVACY

Privacy policy

How Merge Campus and its support website handle information, why it is used and the choices available to you.

Effective · September 26, 2026 · Operator · BN-RB (비엔알비)

Google Privacy · Firebase Privacy · RevenueCat Privacy

1. Operator and contact

BN-RB (비엔알비) operates Merge Campus. Contact support@bn-rb.com for privacy questions and requests to access, correct, delete or restrict information. We ask only for information necessary to handle your request.

2. Progress stored on your device

Guest progress is stored on this device. In versions offering accounts, Apple or Google identifiers, email and provider profile data support sign-in, and game progress is stored on the server. Sign-in details and save contents are not included in Analytics events or local support diagnostics.

Uninstalling or clearing app data can remove local information. Operating-system backup and restoration depend on your device settings.

3. Advertising, analytics and purchases

Google AdMob and UMP may process IP addresses, approximate location, device and app identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics to provide ads, prevent abuse and manage consent. Processing depends on applicable consent and OS settings.

Firebase Analytics uses gameplay events, app instance identifiers and device information for statistics. Our events exclude names, dialogue, save contents and transaction IDs. Analytics advertising-ID collection and ad-personalization signals are disabled. Remote Config processes installation identifiers and app/device information to deliver settings.

RevenueCat and Apple or Google process purchase history, receipts or purchase tokens, app user identifiers and app/device information for verification, delivery and restoration. With accounts, the Firebase identifier is linked to RevenueCat and the server records purchased-gem credits, spending and refund adjustments. We do not receive card numbers or store passwords.

Firebase Crashlytics processes crash stacks, error types, app and OS versions, device information, installation and session identifiers, and diagnostics to improve stability. App-submitted Dart errors use error types and code locations rather than exception-message text; we do not attach emails, account IDs, saves or receipts. Collection is disabled in normal debug builds and enabled in explicit diagnostic tests and distribution builds.

4. Support and diagnostic logs

When you email us, your email address, message and any screenshots or diagnostics you choose to include are used for support. The app opens a draft; it does not send your request before you send the email.

Up to 120 events from the last 7 days are stored locally: error types, internal app code locations, connection status and numeric error codes. Logs exclude save contents, receipts, transaction IDs, email addresses and passwords. You can view, copy, include or delete logs in Support.

Messages entered on the support website are not submitted to its server. They are used only for copying or opening your email app. Firebase Hosting may process ordinary access data such as IP addresses for page delivery and security. This site has no additional advertising or visitor-analytics scripts.

5. Retention and deletion

Local diagnostics are pruned to 7 days and 120 events when read or written. Game progress remains until you delete it or clear app storage.

Support emails are retained for up to 3 years after resolution, then deleted. Necessary records may be kept longer for legal duties or an ongoing dispute. Purchase, ad and analytics providers retain information according to their settings, agreements and legal obligations.

When available, use Settings → Account & cloud save → Delete account and confirm sign-in to delete the account and server progress. Purchased gems and progress cannot be recovered; deletion does not automatically refund purchases. Unlinked transaction hashes, products and credit status remain to prevent repeat grants. You can also request deletion by email.

6. Providers and international processing

Google, RevenueCat and your app store process information for the functions described above. Depending on server location, processing may occur outside your country; RevenueCat customer data is processed in the United States. Provider privacy information is linked below.

The operator does not sell support emails or diagnostic logs. Information is used only as needed for the requested support or legal obligations.

7. Your choices and rights

Where UMP requires a privacy choice entry, use Ad privacy options in game Settings to change your selection. OS advertising and tracking settings are also available. The app does not request iOS tracking permission.

Contact support@bn-rb.com to request access, correction or deletion under applicable law. Anonymous SDK records may require additional verification. Uninstalling alone does not immediately delete all external service records.

8. Children and policy changes

Parents or guardians may contact us about a child’s information. If we identify information processed without required parental consent, we will address it under applicable law.

We update this page and its effective date when services or processing change. Material changes will also be announced in the app or on the support website.
