Terms of use
Basic conditions for gameplay, purchases, saved progress and support in Merge Campus.
1. Scope
These terms apply to Merge Campus and its support website operated by BN-RB (비엔알비). Apple’s standard EULA also applies to App Store apps, and store transactions follow the store’s terms. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.
2. Using the game
Follow the conditions displayed in the game and your region’s age rating. Purchases by minors may require guardian consent under applicable law and store policy.
The game, artwork, audio and text belong to the operator or their respective rights holders. Unauthorized copying or sale, interference with the service, and abuse of payment or reward systems are not permitted.
3. Products and virtual currency
Product descriptions and local prices displayed in the app and store confirmation screen govern purchases. Current products are one-time gem packs, a starter pack and ad removal; they are not auto-renewing subscriptions.
Ad removal removes interstitial ads and the home-screen banner. Optional rewarded ads remain available when you choose to watch them. Virtual currency and items are for use in the game and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another player, without affecting statutory refund rights.
4. Restoration and refunds
You may restore non-consumable purchases with the same store account. Previously spent gems or energy are not granted again. Purchases may not transfer between different stores or operating systems.
Refund and withdrawal rights follow applicable law and the purchasing store’s procedures. Contact support for missing purchases or duplicate-grant issues.
5. Saves and ads
Link an Apple or Google account in Settings > Account & cloud save. You can also play and make purchases as a guest without signing in. Guest saves may be lost after uninstalling. Linked games require internet and one active device at a time. Existing accounts load server progress; saves are not automatically merged.
Ads may be unavailable because of connectivity, inventory or consent. Rewards require confirmation of completion from the ad provider; closing an ad or a display failure may not earn a reward.
6. Changes, interruptions and responsibility
Updates may fix errors, adjust balance or improve content. We aim to give advance notice and provide appropriate user protections for changes or closure materially affecting paid use or saves.
We work to maintain a stable service and investigate failures. These terms do not exclude responsibility for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Questions and disputes
Contact support@bn-rb.com about the game, purchases or these terms. We first seek to resolve disputes through discussion. Applicable law and jurisdiction rules govern unresolved disputes; mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain available.
